Mennonite Commemoration: 100 Years since the end of the Russian Revolution
Mennonite Commemoration ~ with Russell Braun, St. Catharines United Mennonite Church
I am thrilled to be headed to St. Catharines again soon, for a Concert on October 13th ~ A very special occasion, this Concert will be an observation of the Centennial of the Russian Revolution and a Memorial of the Mennonite lives that were lost and who suffered during this time, and of 100 years of Mennonite aspirations and progress since then.
Joining a Mass Choir under the direction of John Rempel, I will sing 2 verses from the fourth part of Schubert’s Deutsche Messe in F ~ The Offertorium.
It is very exciting to be a part of this important vigil and I am humbled to have the opportunity to raise my voice in a thoughtful reflection of humanity and its struggles.
Please join us at St. Catharines United Mennonite Church on October 13th. More details to come! ❤ *Special Guest Star and my wonderful cousin Russell Braun will be making an appearance!*
